"Way Better Than I Expected"
I was not prepared for how good the quality was. I opened it up and was like, wait, why is this actually so solid? Totally exceeded my expectations, maybe dramatically so, but I’m seriously impressed...

I tried using parform.com and found it frustrating. The pages were taking forever to load, and a few times it felt like the site was just stuck doing nothing.
I’ve used plenty of similar sites before, so I know my setup usually handles them fine. I tested it on both my regular Wi-Fi and mobile data, but it was the same either way. After a few minutes of waiting around, I just gave up.

I had a frustrating time using the site. Pages took longer than I expected to load, and I wasn’t always sure what the buttons were supposed to do. I kept clicking around just trying to find basic information and ended up feeling lost more than once. Maybe other people have an easier time with it, but my experience wasn’t great.

I had a couple questions and they got back to me quick. The answers weren’t always super detailed or anything, kind of just the basic rundown, but they did answer what I needed and helped keep things moving along.

"I don’t think I was being unreasonable here..."
I don’t think I was being unreasonable here, I actually liked a few things about Parform Golf and wanted it to work out. But the subscription and billing part was just confusing. I was under the impression I had already cancelled, then I still got charged, and getting it fixed through support took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it left me frustrated. Giving it 2 stars for now until they make the billing clearer

"Good value for the money"
I’m happy with Parform Golf. The price felt fair. Not too much, not overpriced. I got what I needed and didn’t feel like I wasted money. Simple enough. I’d use it again...

"Easy order, "no hassle""
I ordered a gym part from parform and the whole thing was straightforward. Checkout went through without any issues, I got my confirmation email quickly, and the site didn’t make anything confusing. I haven’t needed to contact support, so I can’t speak on that, but the ordering process was "smooth" for me

I ordered from parform.com and the item itself was fine, but the packaging? Not great. The box showed up a bit crushed and the tape looked messy. I’m not expecting some luxury unboxing experience, but is it too much to ask for it to be packed a little more securely? I gave 2 stars because it did arrive, but i wasn’t impressed.

My order showed up a little later than I was hoping and the tracking didn’t really update that fast either so I was kind of left wondering where it was for a bit, but it wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, the product itself was fine I just wish the shipping had been quicker.
